'In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.' - Albert Camus
Hi, I'm Bogdan
Welcome to my page. I hope you find what you are looking for. Here is a little bit about me and my work.
I offer integrative and transpersonal counselling and psychotherapy in London - Hackney and Rickmansworth.
I offer a safe and compassionate space when you can explore and process your own being and life. I will facilitate and accompany you on your journey of healing and growth. This will sometimes mean recognizing and letting go of all that is unhelpful and unnecessary in your life and, thus, reconnecting with your true self; living your human potential.
I adapt my approach to suit your needs and personality, and to what you are ready for. Every person and meeting is unique. I aim to work from a place of openness, presence and compassion.
About Me
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, seeing clients since 2015. I have completed a 5 year training for my Diploma in Integrative and Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy, with The Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
I have previously earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology as well as a Foundations Certificate in Integrative and Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am working under the code of ethics and professional standards of The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and CCPE. I undergo regular supervision to ensure the highest standards of my work.
I have always been interested in what life is about, exploring philosophy and spirituality. For many years I studied and practiced integral yoga, including aspects of Buddhism and Hinduism, however I do not identify with any one religion.
I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking and cycling. I am a fan of the art of perfumery and I really enjoy a well made perfume. I also appreciate the importance of financial education and wellbeing.
I enjoy humour, I believe it is a valuable quality in life, and it does not have to be excluded from the therapy room either.

Integrative Psychotherapy
My integrative training and approach means that I can work Humanistically, Existentially, using a Cognitive-Behavioural take, or Transpersonally, depending on what is required in the moment. This way, I am able to see and make justice to the whole of the person in front of me, including the mind, body, heart and soul.
Depending on your need and the situation, I am able to utilize a variety of tools to facilitate your process.
We can use creative methods such as visualizations, working with dreams and role play. We can use a practical, solution focused approach to achieve the desired goal or to help cope with any immediate issues. Or we can use a more existential or spiritual perspective and techniques to facilitate your process. The present, the past and the future of your life are all important, and they will be part of our exploration, as required. You know what is best for you and I find it best practice for us both to trust your inner wisdom during our work together, as you lead your exploration. I see psychotherapy as your journey, and I have the honour to participate alongside you as a fellow human.
Fees and Getting Started
My standard fees per session are £70 (individuals) and £90 (couples)
I have some flexibility for those on limited incomes, so please get in touch to discuss.
During our initial consultation we shall discuss any questions that you may have and we shall conduct an assessment, to find out a bit about each other and decide whether we are a good match. It is important that the therapist you choose is right for you.
Feel free to ask me any questions you may have
If you think you will enjoy working together, please get in touch.
I am looking forward to hear from you.
